Once received, goods which are an unsuitable size, not as described, faulty or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund, within 28 days of receipt.
In the first instance, please contact us by e-mail at orders@stasia.com or call +44 (0)116 232 5706, quoting your order number and let us know why you wish to return the item and whether you require a replacement or refund.
Then return the items, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of your order confirmation, to the below address.
